Dear prospective client,

You have been assigned the gruesome task of selecting the transportation service for your company's executives or guests.  You may have shuffled through several companies, comparing prices, minimums, and vehicles.  If you are only shopping for the lowest price, you will likely be frustrated with your limousine experience.  Besides the risk of hiring an unlicensed or uninsured vehicle, the companies that promise "taxi cab fares" usually provide taxi cab level service. CSI has never professed to anyone that we are the cheapest service in the area....nor honestly have we ever wanted that reputation!

If you already use a transportation service, but can no longer tolerate excuses from them, you have come to the right place.  Our NO EXCUSES PROMISE, the only one of its kind in the industry guarantees that your car will be waiting for you on time or the transfer (or first hour of your charter) is free^*!

    CSI only employs professional chauffeurs, not conventional "limo drivers". Courtesy and efficiency are key to all our drivers. They are professionals who know the best routes to all your destinations. To expedite your travel, they keep informed of traffic and road conditions before departure and en route. To ensure fast dispatch our drivers are equipped with digital pagers and cellular phones for quick problem solving.

And now a little bit about our pricing structure

    Most of our prospective clients would never take their clients to the least expensive restaurant when attempting to close an important deal.  They would not try to impress their new bride at the least expensive hotel on their wedding night.  They understand that there is some correlation between price and level of service.  And yet, many people hire a limousine service for the first time based on price alone with the erroneous impression that a limo is a limo.  Some prospective clients think they qualify their limo service by asking what year model the car is, or how long it is. Professional meeting planners understand that the quality of a limo service is a function of attitude, consistency and presentation of drivers and vehicles, rather than just the longest and fanciest limos.

 Before we go any further, I should tell you that we are not the least expensive transportation option available, even amongst other limousine services. You will find some of those competing for the most A's in the phone book.  Nor are we as expensive as the companies with the huge Yellow Page ads, since we do not have to pass that cost to you. 

I should also warn you that if you select your service based on price alone, you will likely be frustrated with your transportation experience, just as you would if you were to select the least expensive restaurant or hotel.  Therefore, I feel that  I must justify to you why you should choose CSI, even though you may have less costly alternatives.

1)   Our chauffeurs are our most prized asset. They undergo background investigations and receive ongoing customer service training. They are familiar with Baltimore's points of interest as well as main places of business and recreation and are equipped with digital pagers and  cellular telephones. Thus, your chauffeur is your onboard concierge. 

 

2)   Our fleet is made up of the newest  and finest  luxury corporate sedans, stretch limousines, vans, and limo buses in the Baltimore / Washington DC area.  You will recognize our vehicles by their customized front license plates which will always bear the letters "USA1", in our red, white & blue national flag layout, showing our company support and condolences for all of the people killed on September 11, 2001 in a senseless act of terrorism on our country. Other than this discreet  identifying  marking for the ease of our clients and to demonstrate the patriotism to our country that CSI wishes to show, our vehicles bear no signage promoting our service.

3)   CSI only maintains very small advertising in the Yellow Page directories. So how then do we get the bulk of our business? Well, we are counting on you to be the bulk of our marketing.  In fact, most of our business comes from our existing client referrals. That to us is the most impressive statement that we can make about CSI and its commitment to our clients.

4)   CSI is licensed and insured beyond Maryland law requirements. Although you might expect a limousine service that is in the Yellow Pages or on the internet to be licensed and insured, it is often not the case.  Most clients do not realize that they can be personally liable (and have been sued by accident victims in the past) because they were passengers who hired an uninsured limousine service. Our insurance in on file with the Public Service Commission for $300,000, well in excess of the $50,000 Maryland state requirements.

5)   We are a professional ground transportation service.  That means we are a full-time service operating 365 days a year and staffed by real employees, as opposed to an answering service or machine in a residence. To you, that means that you will see a  professional chauffeur stepping out of a garaged and detailed vehicle as opposed to a hurried fellow fumbling between fast food bags and cellular phones. If you are determined to find the lowest cost between points A and B, CSI is the wrong service for you. We cater to the clients who are educated in their choices and choose the best for themselves and their clients. CSI strives to earn your business each and every day and it shows in our performance.
