Wait Time
Contracted time begins at the scheduled pick up time and ends at the time of the scheduled drop off location, including a 15 minute wait time. "Transfer" indicates one pick up and one drop off point for this reservation. Additional drop off locations will be billed separately and according to the stated rate at the time of booking. An additional base charter hourly rate will begin to be charged after 15 minutes expires from the scheduled time of pick up or drop off and will be billed additional in 15 minutes increments according to the stated rate at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Due to many clients different schedules and our commitment to provide the best on time service, any cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. If a reservation is cancelled after this time, the full negotiated rate will be due, as if the service had been provided. This policy is necessary due to our chauffeur’s schedules being determined one day prior to the service date on each and every client. Flight Arrivals
We will routinely monitor your flight arrival through the airline and know whether it is running a bit early or late. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the designated area at your arrival terminal. When you arrive, if you aren’t sure where to meet our representative or you don’t see your chauffeur, please call us IMMEDIATELY at (410) 997-3377 so we can direct you. Any change in flight -- delay due to you missing a connecting flight or due to an airline cancellation and rebooking on your fight itinerary – MUST BE RELAYED VIA TELEPHONE IMMEDIATELY to avoid any additional charges. Normal flights are monitored by CSI and as such any delays will be handled without the aid of a call from our client. No Show Policy
If you schedule a pick up and you leave the airport by any other means of transportation other that CSIINTERNATIONAL , the full fee will be charged. Anyone who has not contacted us within 1 hour after their flight has landed will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly, including any wait time that the chauffeur has had to expend trying to find the client. |
